• A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing procurement activities in the power, energy, or manufacturing industry.

• Proven knowledge of the P2P process and system.
• Results-oriented with proven implementation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and persuade.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently on a daily basis.
• Compliance and ethics-oriented.
• Preferred: CPSM or PMP certifications, SAP experience, Documentation Management Systems, Power BI, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
