Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for ongoing projects, with a focus on meeting quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure that all procurement activities align with project needs and timelines.
Ensure compliance with Aramco procurement standards and local regulations.
Conduct vendor evaluations, price negotiations, and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare procurement plans, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any procurement-related issues or delays.
Ensure that all procurement activities are within the allocated budget and comply with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
5+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in large-scale EPC projects.
Prior experience working on Aramco projects is a must.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
