Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electro/Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement of Electro/Mechanical materials
• Proficient in English language

Responsibilities

• Sourcing materials as per requirements from the right sources
• Sourcing new vendors
• Negotiating prices and delivery terms with vendors
• Preparing comparison sheets and uploading them into folders
• Involved in sourcing all types of Electro/Mechanical (Long Lead items) materials for bidding projects
• Involved in sourcing all types of Electro/Mechanical (Long Lead items) materials for ongoing projects
• Maintaining records of vendor limitations (if any)
• Assisting Zeeco HQ and regional offices in securing the best offers from vendors/suppliers
• For new vendors, preparing PQ documents and arranging physical audits through VM or third-party agencies
• Having experience with ARAMCO and SABIC EPC projects
• Having good knowledge of Aramco SAMSS/SAES & IR forms
• Understanding of Aramco RVL ETC and SVL preparation
