Job Description:

1. Scrutinize purchase requests from delegated projects.
2. Floating and follow-up of enquiries.
3. Negotiate with suppliers.
4. Delegate local purchase requirements to suppliers.
5. Preparation of comparison statements.
6. Follow-up with suppliers for timely material supply.
7. Follow-up with suppliers for MTC, Sample etc.
8. Coordination for returning of rejected materials.
9. Co-ordinate with projects in the procurement process.
10. Co-ordinate with the Accounts department for Letter of Credit, Guarantees etc.
11. Co-ordinate with clearing agent for the customs clearance of shipments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years experience in oil & gas construction projects.
