The Procurement Director will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement cycle processes across real estate development projects.

Description
  1. Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies that support complex, multi-phase mixed-use developments, balancing the needs of residential, commercial, and retail components.
  2. Vendor Prequalification & Relationship Management: Identify and prequalify contractors, consultants, and suppliers across sectors (e.g., MEP, interior fit-outs, retail infrastructure); foster long-term partnerships to ensure reliable performance and pricing.
  3. Contract Structuring & Negotiation: Structure and negotiate contracts tailored to the unique demands of mixed-use projects, including phased delivery, shared infrastructure, and varying regulatory requirements.
  4. Integrated Budget & Cost Oversight: Coordinate with development, finance, and construction teams to align procurement with budgets for each component; implement cost control measures to manage blended project costs.
  5. Cross-Component Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure smooth delivery and scheduling of materials and services across different asset types (residential, office, retail), avoiding delays due to interdependent timelines.
  6. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Manage procurement risk by ensuring all purchases and contracts comply with applicable zoning laws, building codes, environmental standards, and labor regulations.
  7. Sustainability & ESG Integration: Incorporate environmentally sustainable and socially responsible procurement practices, particularly for high-profile or LEED-certified developments.
  8. Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary procurement team and coordinate with architects, planners, leasing, and operations to align procurement with long-term asset value and usability.
