Procurement Assistant Manager:
- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation projects and enhancements, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Experience working with Saudi Government Procurement processes and regulations.
- Design and implement solutions based on best practices and business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion modules and external systems.
- Conduct end-to-end testing including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations and system upgrades.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in financial period closing processes, ensuring that all procurement systems operate effectively during the close.
- Create and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure a smooth adoption of the system by the procurement team.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom report development, data migration, interfaces, and customizations when necessary.
- Manage ongoing system enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor Oracle patches and updates, coordinating with technical teams for testing and implementation.
- Stay current on Oracle Fusion Procurement features, releases, and enhancements to provide up-to-date recommendations for process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and end-users.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in leading small to medium-sized implementation projects or workstreams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities and changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion Procurement certifications, PMP, or ITIL is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion (Minimum).
