Ensures the necessary processes and systems exist for the buying team to execute the everyday activities.
Ensures the flow of materials, products, services and information.
Engages with vendors and clients and intervenes when queries from these stakeholders are escalated.
Remains involved with the buying process by participating in the delivery of advanced components of the process including the final resolution of problems and queries.
Ensures the necessary processes are in place to ensure continuous client satisfaction.
Participates in the pre-sales processes and/or successes to ensure growth within the assigned portfolio.
Works closely with internal stakeholders to create the best solution design for the client and develop procedures and systems for commercial supply chain projects ensuring commercial readiness.
Works on strategic projects that identify risks to supply chain delivery and drive the implementation of appropriate solutions.
Assists with any other relevant tasks as requested by management.
Vendor order placements and follow-ups.
Following up with logistics companies to ensure the timely hardware receipt based on the project requirement.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant Supply Chain and Logistics certification preferred.
Required Experience:
Seasoned experience relevant to the field within a large-scale technology services environment.
Seasoned experience in service delivery within a supply chain environment.
