Job Description:

  • Parsons is seeking a talented Procurement Administrator to join Qiddiya’s Tree Procurement Unit, working with the QIC Horticulture team. This role requires strong organizational skills and relevant experience.

  • What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate call-off orders, service orders, purchase orders, workflow approvals, document signatures, supplier communications, and maintain the supplier database.
  • Coordinate tree inspections, manage order trackers, and ensure timely delivery of trees.
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor/subcontractor database for the project.
  • Assist in preparing qualification requests and RFP documents, managing procurement processes from solicitation to award.
  • Support Project Managers in enforcing contract terms related to procurement, providing advice and solutions.
  • Perform duties in accordance with client procurement policies and standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Procurement experience in engineering and construction is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba.
  • Experience with project tracking, reporting, and supply chain management.
