Qualifications

• Experience in tool making, mechanics, or electrical/electronic systems in the plastics industry.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in blow or injection molding.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate sleeving machines, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Tackle mechanical or process issues and report performance data.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to production schedules.

Job Responsibilities :

Production and Productivity

• Maintain the machine while running and perform all necessary mechanical adjustments.
• Proper starting and stopping of the machine.
• Operate sleeving machines (FUJI or similar technology).
• Perform parison controls.
• Manage material situations in production (regrind level, weight distribution, parison length, flash length, etc.).
• Clean and make necessary adjustments and minor repairs to equipment.
• Follow the production schedule to determine the quality and quantity of material to be produced.
• Control material consumption, waste reduction, efficiency, and product quality of machines under responsibility.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all assigned machines operate safely, efficiently, and reliably according to guidelines.
• Ensure quality products are produced at all times with ongoing quality checks.
• Support changeover team if required.
• Report issues impacting overall performance to superiors.
• Accurately report all requested data (downtimes, efficiency).
• Follow SOPs at all times.

Safety awareness

• Follow safe working practices and report hazards, accidents, and property damage promptly.
• Adhere to 5S procedures as per SOPs.
• Follow safety procedures diligently.
• Maintain a strong sense of safety awareness.

Education

• High School Diploma or 2-year technical degree.

Experience

• Experience in tool making, mechanics, or electrical/electronic systems in the plastics industry.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in blow or injection molding, setups, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

• Good communication skills.
