Qualifications

• Graduate of any Technical Course, ITI or 10+2.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Food and Beverage or FMCG industry.
• Proficient in English speaking, writing, and reading.

Responsibilities

• Operate Process equipment including Drum Emptying and Can Opening.
• Assist with maintenance and evaluate operational problems.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with GMP and HACCP.

Job description

Equipment Operation

• Operates all Process equipment and machineries such as Drum Emptying , Can Opening, Sugar Dissolving, Pectin Dissolving ,Mixmol, Masmol, Effluent /Water Treatment Plant and CIP system.
• Perform Line Start-up and End-up of production procedure.

Basic Maintenance

• Assists Maintenance Technician in performing Basic maintenance.
• Assists Maintenance, Chargehand and Supervisor in evaluating operational problems and recommend corrective actions

Maintain GHK, GMP, HACCP Safety Standards

• Maintains GMP, GHK and HACCP practices
• Work in a safe manner and reports unsafe activity and practices and recommends corrective actions.
• Reduced Lost Time Accident
• Maintains Process related documents, records and logs required for IQMS and HACCP compliance

RM & PM , Usage Variance

• Ensure that variances are accurately captured, recorded and controlled
• Prepare Daily Raw Material Requisition/Issuance
• Prepare Raw Material Reject Report
• Prepare Left-over RM Return Report
• Daily Raw Material Physical Inventory

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate of any Technical Course , ITI and 10+2
• At least with 3 years work experience in Food and Beverage Industry or any related FMCG industries
• Must be able to speak, write and read in English
