We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer Naphtha Reforming to join a dynamic downstream team focused on world-scale energy operations. This role is a key technical position that supports the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of advanced reforming processes, including catalytic, semi-regenerative, and continuous catalyst regeneration (CCR) technologies.

What You ll Do:
Design, review, and optimize process systems and operating parameters for naphtha reforming units.
Evaluate reforming catalysts and cutting-edge technologies to boost process efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Provide expert technical support to refining operations, solving complex issues and driving performance improvements.
Partner with licensors and vendors to implement new reforming technologies.
Conduct simulations using tools like HYSYS to model, enhance, and troubleshoot process operations.
Publish and present technical papers on reforming best practices and innovations.
Mentor junior engineers and technicians to build internal technical capability.
Who You Are:
A Chemical Engineering graduate (advanced degree preferred, not required).
A seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in refinery or petrochemical operations, with deep knowledge of naphtha reforming and at least 5 years in CCR technologies and operations.
Experienced in working across multiple facilities and with licensors such as UOP or Axens.
An innovator with a history of intellectual property contributions (including patents) in reforming technologies.
Proficient in process simulation software (especially HYSYS).
A strategic thinker and problem-solver, ready to take on complex technical challenges.
