Job description

To work under the direction of the Department Manager and be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the Manager. The role could be in any operation-related department.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities & Authority:

  • Support operation-related departments such as logistics, production, procurement, and warehouse with various administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for submitting and retrieving records as per project requirements.
  • Follow up with department heads to ensure necessary documents are ready on time.
  • Coordinate with department heads for smooth internal communication and setting priorities.
  • Coordinate with the client team for managing project-specific document transmittals.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and project users to assess satisfaction and success.
  • Onboard new hires by arranging their seating, providing company gear, and setting up hardware in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and update the accounting system.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be flexible and available to work overtime as needed to support team and business needs.
  • Follow all safety, health, and environmental protocols.
  • Participate in internal audits according to API Q1 & ISO 9001 standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • College education or diploma in Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with related arithmetic skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and related applications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in document control within a manufacturing environment.
