Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Automation and Digitalization Specialist to join our dynamic team at Alesayi Holding in Jeddah. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming our internal operations by analyzing existing processes, designing efficient digital workflows, and implementing automation solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, proficiency with modern digital tools including Excel, and an analytical mindset to measure and improve workflow effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Understanding:Thoroughly analyze and understand existing company policies, operational procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across Alesayi Holding's diverse business units to identify areas for improvement and digitalization.
  • Workflow Development:Design, develop, document, and optimize efficient and user-friendly digital workflows that align with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Digital Implementation:Utilize existing company-approved tools, with a primary focus onMicrosoft Power AutomateandMicrosoft SharePoint, to build, test, and deploy automated workflows, forms, and document management solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Analytics:Develop metrics, reports, and dashboards using tools like Excel to monitor the performance, efficiency, and control adherence of implemented digital workflows. Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for further optimization.
  • Collaboration & Support:Work closely with various departments within the holding company to understand their process needs, provide training on new digital workflows, and offer ongoing support.
  • Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the capabilities of relevant automation and digitalization tools and proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business process analysis, mapping, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience developing workflows and solutions usingMicrosoft Power Automate.
  • Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft SharePointfor site creation, list management, document libraries, and permissions.
  • High proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience in developing basic data analysis reports and dashboards related to process performance.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and SOPs and translate them into functional digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency withSmartsheetfor project management, data tracking, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with other automation or workflow tools.
  • Project management experience.
