PROCESS AND LINE AUTOMATION SENIOR COORDINATOR

Ensures run ability & quality of products on his line as per R&D standard. Updates machine condition report and coordinates with Maintenance Manager to implement all preventive tasks. In charge of predictive maintenance tasks update and implementation, repairs, and projects history. Suggests any potential saving of RMs with coordination with the technical department and QC Department. Liaises with QC department to maintain strict quality standards. Prepares a training program for new operators and machine setters. Prepares skill set for Operators, Machine Setters & alternative back-ups. Conducts Fishbone Analysis and takes corrective action on a weekly basis with coordination with Process Specialist. Liaises with Process Improvement Department to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Leads machines projects for run-ability, upgrades and additional features while closely coordinating with the Division Technical Manager. Proposes continual improvement initiatives related to his job function for improved productivity. Ensures strict adherence of the operation to Quality Management System guidelines in coordination with PID Department. Responsible for complying with integrated management system requirements. Responsible for alignment with HSSE team for updating the HIRA and to ensure hazard & risk are adequately identified and documented. Responsible for alignment with HSSE team for updating the aspect/impact and to ensure all the aspect/impact are adequately identified and documented. Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions (ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
