Job description

The Role

• Technical Compliance : Develop, implement, and maintain technical compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate technical compliance risks and ensure the bank's systems adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Advisory : Provide technical expertise and guidance to business areas on regulatory requirements and ensure their adherence to domestic and international legislation.

Requirements

• Monitoring and Assurance : Monitor the technical performance and effectiveness of compliance programs and provide assurance that compliance practices are followed.
• Regulatory Change : Support the business in navigating regulatory changes by providing technical input and ensuring that new or updated regulations are incorporated into systems and processes.
• Internal Controls : Advise on and assist with the implementation of technical controls and safeguards to protect the bank's assets and client data.
