Job Description

Manage all processes and activities related to Private Label product development, coordinate different functions within the company, and develop relationships with existing and new vendors to ensure Private Label products reach targeted profitability and sales. Ensure all activities align with the Private Label Strategy.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and develop overall Private Label projects within categories by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet business KPIs and timelines.
  • Oversee the implementation of Private Label projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the strategy.
  • Track Private Label achievements through presentations (Commercial, PB Committee, etc.) to monitor business plan progress.
  • Source new Private Label vendors by attending global fairs, visiting vendor facilities, and online sourcing to select the best manufacturers.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate terms, define agreements, ensure quality standards, comply with legal requirements, and manage contracts to maximize value and compliance.
  • Ensure product lifecycle compliance through collaboration with supply chain, marketing, and commercial departments to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Propose annual product development plans based on market trends and category gaps for presentation to the Private Label committee.
  • Coordinate with SFDA and other legal entities to ensure product compliance with regulations.
  • Work with external QA partners to maintain quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Cost Benefit Analysis

Conduct cost-benefit analyses pre- and post-launch, identifying risks, defining market positioning, and setting quality standards to meet financial KPIs.

Vendors Selection

Lead buying tenders for Nahdi Medical Company, adhering to SLA procedures to ensure effective vendor selection.
