Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Rutherford Decorators.
• Hands-on experience with printing machines and related equipment.

Primary purpose of the position:

The Printer Specialist is responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for printing machines and related equipment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, and maintains compliance with safety and quality standards.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma in Printing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Rutherford Decorators.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong leadership, self-motivation, and reporting skills.
• Hands-on experience with printing machines, overvarnish systems, ovens, and related equipment.
• Proficiency in computer systems with the ability to generate maintenance reports.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety protocols.
