Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Solution Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of our products and solutions to deliver exceptional value to our clients. You will work closely with sales, Engineering, and customer success teams to provide strategic insights and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a subject matter expert, providing deep technical and functional knowledge of our solutions.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Lead discovery sessions and workshops to gather and analyze client needs.
  4. Design and present customized solution architectures and implementation plans.
  5. Support the sales process by delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  6. Provide guidance during the implementation phase to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively.
  9. Mentor and train junior consultants and team members.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  2. Saudi is a must.
  3. 8+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical sales, or a related field.
  4. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions to clients.
  5. Strong understanding of our industry, products, and competitive offerings.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
