Qualifications

• 7-9 years building B2B SaaS products.
• Experience making prioritization decisions and trade-offs.
• Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lucidya's Customer Service Suite.
• Engage with customers and enterprise partners to translate insights into product.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to iterate and deliver value.
• Champion AI-powered experiences that improve agent productivity and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and impact.
