Job Overview

Works directly with clients to provide value-added input, develop business opportunities, and deliver projects focused on strategic issues. Responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Essential Functions

• Lead client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and deliver insightful, value-added solutions for complex client issues.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing and potential clients.
• Lead proposal development and ensure timely submissions.
• Manage client interfaces and project teams, overseeing multiple projects with 5-7 consultants.
• Apply consultative problem-solving skills as a solutions-based expert.
• Identify industry/client issues and collaborate on developing offerings.
• Enhance IQVIA's market presence through speaking engagements, publications, etc.
• Continuously strengthen subject matter expertise through professional development.
• Manage project budgets and reporting.
• Mentor and coach team members to elevate capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• English fluency; Arabic and/or French a plus.
• Experience in management consulting within the agency side.
• Extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and network with multinational/regional companies.
• Deep expertise in at least one area: Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, Strategy & Planning.
• Strong business development skills.
• Knowledge of consulting frameworks, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proven problem-solving, strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multiple engagements and drive business growth.
