Job Overview

Our Financial Institutions Consulting team offers strategic advice to private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, banks, funds, healthcare and life sciences companies, and investors involved in mergers and acquisitions and evaluating investment opportunities in healthcare and life sciences.

We provide strategic, commercial, and operational insights to support our clients' investment decisions in healthcare and life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner of client engagements, responsible for client satisfaction and delivering high-quality, value-added solutions.
• Oversee successful project delivery, possibly managing multiple projects simultaneously while leading a team of consultants.
• Work with healthcare and life sciences companies, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds to define their investment strategies.
• Deliver commercial and vendor due diligence.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies in commercial, operational, and financial aspects for new healthcare and life sciences ventures.
• Participate in strategy and operations engagements for clients.
• Identify key industry and client issues and collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Geographic teams to develop tangible solutions.
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets by providing insightful, strategic solutions addressing complex issues.
• Manage project budgets and report on costs.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, recruitment, mentoring, and training.
• Enhance IQVIA's market presence through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications.
• Strengthen subject matter expertise via professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master of Science and/or MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in investment consulting.
• Existing network with private equity, sovereign funds, family offices, banks, healthcare and life sciences companies, and investors.
• Deep understanding of strategic planning, growth strategies, market entry, and transaction advisory.
• Strong business development skills.
• Proficiency with consulting frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multiple resource engagements and projects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• High energy, drive, and enthusiasm for Healthcare and Life Sciences.
