Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Lead ELV to join our team!

This role requires a dynamic professional to lead and manage all aspects of Smart systems and ICT within the KSP design and construction requirements, providing strategic guidance.

The candidate will manage multiple designers and PMCMs to deliver complex projects within the Smart ecosystem, ensuring the system is integrated and operational.

Extensive knowledge of Smart systems and specialized systems is essential, including CCTV, Data centers, Wi-Fi, Active/passive networks, and smart services.

The role involves growing and maintaining internal and external Smart ecosystem relationships, ensuring seamless integration through industry experience in similar complex projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive business development for KSP Smart systems, leading team responses for tenders in Smart Mobility and related fields.
• Lead procurement and tendering processes to meet KSPF requirements.
• Collaborate with the consultant team to identify and develop relevant smart systems.
• Coordinate between KSPF and consultants to ensure requirements are met and systems are ready for operation and maintenance.
• Establish and manage operation & maintenance requirements.
• Recommend new technologies and products based on knowledge of the Smart Mobility landscape.
• Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on current and future trends.
• Perform other relevant responsibilities as needed.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering field; chartered status preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in technology-driven business development, design, and deployment projects worldwide.
• Experience in building, mentoring, and leading teams of experts and engineers.
• Proven expertise in Smart Systems, including CCTV, Data centers, Wi-Fi, networks, and smart services.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability.
• Based in KSA with frequent travel across MEA.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
