We are seeking a lead electrical engineer responsible for design, technical support, project management, and team leadership within building services engineering. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include overseeing electrical system studies, developing design deliverables, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards across various industries such as oil and gas, power transmission, and distribution.

Locations include Dammam, Khobar, and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Additional duties involve designing and reviewing modifications for measurement systems, conducting technical evaluations, supporting construction with expertise in control systems and instrumentation, and ensuring safety regulations are met.

Key tasks also encompass preparing FEED and DED documents, electrical layouts, performing power system studies, coordinating with clients and contractors, mentoring engineers, managing project timelines and budgets, troubleshooting, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and significant experience in electrical design, project management, and technical evaluation. Strong communication skills and adherence to safety and industry standards are essential.

Other responsibilities include monitoring electrical works, reviewing technical submittals, resolving engineering issues, and ensuring quality and cost control throughout project phases.

Potential candidates should have expertise in electrical systems for substations, distribution transformers, power transformers, and construction projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD and international codes.

Experience in water reclamation projects, residential and architectural electrical design, and vendor coordination is preferred.
