Job description

Title: Pre-Sales Consultant

Location: Riyadh

Salary: 20-28K SAR

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical solutions and client needs. You will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, craft tailored solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals.

Your expertise will help position our client as a trusted digital partner, ensuring that their solutions align with business goals and deliver tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support & Solution Development
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and identify the best digital solutions.
  3. Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess client requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
  4. Design and propose customized digital solutions, ensuring alignment with the clients capabilities.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  6. Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and tenders by crafting well-structured proposals.
  7. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  8. Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, providing expert insights on technology, UX/UI best practices, and digital transformation strategies.
  9. Address client concerns, handle technical objections, and provide feasibility assessments.
  10. Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure seamless handovers from sales to execution.
  11. Market & Competitive Analysis
  12. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in UX, software development, and digital transformation.
  13. Conduct competitive analysis to position UXBERT Labs effectively against industry rivals.
  14. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  15. Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement
  16. Work alongside UX designers, developers, and strategists to create tailored client solutions.
  17. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to refine service offerings based on client needs.
  18. Continuously refine pre-sales processes, documentation, and proposal templates to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical sales experience
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Based/willing to relocate to Riyadh
