The role serves as the main customer interface for technical expertise in launching, integrating, and managing commercial card payment processing. It ensures seamless collaboration between clients and delivery teams, validating technical requirements and removing delivery blockers.
Additionally, the role supports sales growth by leveraging product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell solutions, aligning client needs with the Network One processing platform. It works closely with Sales, Account Management, and Commercial Payments teams to drive successful implementations and long-term client relationships.
