Job description

The role serves as the main customer interface for technical expertise in launching, integrating, and managing commercial card payment processing. It ensures seamless collaboration between clients and delivery teams, validating technical requirements and removing delivery blockers.

Additionally, the role supports sales growth by leveraging product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell solutions, aligning client needs with the Network One processing platform. It works closely with Sales, Account Management, and Commercial Payments teams to drive successful implementations and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of the technical aspects of processing platform deployment, architecture, and connectivity to customer core systems.
  • Prepare and manage technical workshops with prospect customers, provide solution demos and trainings, and handle technical queries.
  • Draft technical write-ups, SOWs, proposals, and presentations.
  • Provide overviews of Network's core processing platform, middleware, and API integration options to prospects.
  • Gather and analyze requirements to tailor solutions, collaborating with the Commercial Product Manager at NI headquarters for enhancements.
  • Lead knowledge sharing sessions and training for sales teams to keep them updated on solutions and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead technical responses to RFIs and RFPs, collaborating with internal teams to package relevant solutions.
  • Convert sales pipeline into successful closures, with performance measured against revenue targets.
  • Contribute to sales strategies by evaluating product results, customer feedback, and competitive products.
  • Establish effective relationships with internal Network units.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, technical sales or product sales roles within the Financial Services industry in KSA, either directly or through service provision to issuers.
  • Relevant technology experience in Financial Services, including API connectivity, Card Management systems, switches, middleware, and orchestration.
  • Knowledge of Cards scheme (Visa or Mastercard) core products.
  • Experience with Commercial Cards products is advantageous but not mandatory.
