Presales Engineer - Low Current and Physical Security

We are a leading distribution and solutions provider in the field of Physical Security and Low Current Systems, committed to delivering innovative and reliable technology to our clients across various sectors, including government, commercial, and industrial domains.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Presales Engineer with experience in Low Current Systems and Physical Security Solutions. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in designing, presenting, and proposing tailored security solutions to clients, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.

1. Understand client requirements and propose suitable low current and physical security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Turnstiles, X-Ray Machines, Intrusion Systems, etc.).
2. Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
3. Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and solution presentations.
4. Prepare BoQs, schematics, drawings, and compliance documents for tenders and RFPs.
5. Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to ensure accurate product selections and specifications.
6. Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams when required.
7. Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and compliance standards in the physical security field.
8. Support the post-sales team during project kickoff and handover processes.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in presales or technical roles related to low current and security systems.
3. Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Public Address, Structured Cabling, and other ELV systems.
4. Familiarity with MOI-HCIS, Aramco, or other Saudi regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.
5. Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
7. Fluent in English; Arabic.
