As we expand our footprint in Riyadh, we are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team.


Job Description
The Pre-Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. This individual reports directly to the CEO but will work closely with our CTO to better understand our products and services, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify opportunities in the cyber security and cloud solutions domain.
  2. Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and gather client requirements to design customized solutions.
  3. Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
  4. Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, presentations, and documentation.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and addressing client inquiries.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and a competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
  7. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in the cyber security and cloud solutions industry.
  2. Strong technical background with a solid understanding of cyber security principles, cloud architecture, and related technologies.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Software Development, or a related field. Advanced certifications in cyber security or cloud platforms are a plus.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and closing deals in a competitive environment.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering results.
  8. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
