Dream Medical are currently assisting a GP surgery in recruiting a Permanent Practice Nurse for their surgery in Barking.
The position is permanent, full-time hours (39hrs/w) and duties are as follows:
The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.
You would be travelling between two surgeries on alternating days.

The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Asthma
2. Diabetic review
3. Hypertension Clinic
4. IHD Clinic
5. COPD Clinic
6. Immunisation Vaccination Clinic
7. Holiday Vaccination Clinic
8. Flu Vaccination Clinic
9. Cervical Smears
10. Family Planning
