Job Description: Practice Account Manager (Next-Gen Solutions)
Position Summary:
The Practice Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement for NourNet’s next-generation cloud, cybersecurity, data, and AI services—focusing on emerging solutions such as Inference-as-a-Service, GPU-as-a-Service, AI Agent-as-a-Service, and Digital Infrastructure Modernization. The PAM serves as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities, aligning solutions with business objectives, and ensuring seamless execution through collaboration with technical, presales, and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1️-Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in target sectors (Government, BFSI, Healthcare, etc.)
- Position and sell NourNet’s advanced services:
- Inference-as-a-Service
- GPU-as-a-Service
- AI-Agent-as-a-Service
- Digital Infrastructure Modernization (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging NourNet’s partner ecosystem (Microsoft ,AWS, NVIDIA , etc.)
2️-Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges and objectives.
- Conduct strategic account planning, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030, sector-specific initiatives, and compliance frameworks (NCA, SAMA, PDPL).
- Act as a trusted advisor, shaping digital transformation journeys for clients.
3️-Collaboration & Solutioning
- Work closely with Presales, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Delivery Teams to:
- Design solutions tailored to client needs.
- Present technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure clear handover and smooth project execution.
4️- Market Awareness & Thought Leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies (GenAI, RAG, AI inference models), and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership content, webinars, and client education sessions.
5️-Sales Governance & Reporting
- Maintain CRM accuracy (forecasting, opportunity stages, win/loss reasons).
- Prepare sales reports, account plans, and opportunity reviews for management.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven success in selling Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI solutions.
- Understanding of GPU workloads, AI inference pipelines, LLMs, RAG, and compliance frameworks (NCA, SAMA, PDPL).
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and influence decision-makers.
- CRM discipline and sales governance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally.
