We are seeking a highly motivated PR Account Manager with solid experience in media relations across the GCC and a strong portfolio of consumer clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of well-known consumer clients, overseeing day-to-day account activities and ensuring high-quality delivery.
2. Develop and implement effective media relations strategies that generate consistent, positive coverage across GCC print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with regional media, influencers, and thought leaders, especially within the consumer and lifestyle space.
4. Craft compelling, on-brand content including press releases, media kits, feature stories, and executive messaging.
5. Proactively pitch story ideas, secure editorial placements, and manage all incoming media requests.
6. Monitor and analyze media coverage, preparing reports that measure campaign success and client ROI.
7. Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and branded events.
8. Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align PR efforts with broader brand and marketing strategies.
9. Assist with new business development through research, proposal writing, and pitch presentations.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of PR agency experience, with a strong focus on consumer brands.
• Proven media relations experience across the GCC with an existing network of media contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to think creatively, act strategically, and execute flawlessly under deadlines.
• A self-starter with a team mindset and a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
