Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PPE Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Safety & Rescue solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial safety products, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for PPE and Safety/Rescue products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, utilities, and emergency services.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate safety solutions in compliance with local and international standards.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and support.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and training events to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with the operations and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Safety, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in PPE or industrial safety product sales.
  • Strong understanding of safety and rescue equipment (fall protection, fire safety, confined space rescue, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
