Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to lead production scheduling, cost management, and operational efficiency for our steel fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing production strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the Master Production and Shipping Schedules
• Analyze engineering drawings, contracts, and specs for scheduling
• Estimate manpower, tools, and consumables; ensure production readiness
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing
• Monitor daily production progress and adjust plans to meet targets
• Handle production orders and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors
• Control cost, inventory, and material usage; implement lean strategies
• Ensure safety compliance and reduce operational risks
  

Candidate Profile:

• 12+ years of experience in production planning; minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
• Must have experience in Steel Fabrication
• Strong knowledge of Primavera and MS Office; Oracle ERP is a plus
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and scheduling tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• CPIM certification preferred
