Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a senior Power Platform engineer in Jeddah to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions across Power Apps, Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. You will build AI-infused automations using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI, integrate with external systems, and guide junior developers.

Required are 5+ years of hands-on experience and a strong foundation in ALM, security, and governance. Dynamics 365 experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Power Platform solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, engineering, or related field required.
• Proven hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Experience AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI tools.
• Familiarity with ALM, DevOps pipelines, governance, and DLP policies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions across the stack.
• Build and optimize Power Automate workflows (cloud and desktop).
• Develop Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps per business requirements.
• Design Power BI datasets, dashboards, models, DAX, and M queries.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric components like Lakehouse and Data Factory.
• Create AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate Power Platform with external systems via connectors and REST APIs.
• Implement ALM, DevOps, governance, security, and DLP best practices.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize solutions; mentor junior developers.
• Produce technical docs and support user training and adoption.

This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. The role leverages Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI to build intelligent automations, conversational agents, and AI-infused business applications that improve process efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Build and optimize Power Automate cloud and desktop workflows.
• Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps based on business requirements.
• Design Power BI datasets, dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Work with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and OneLake.
• Develop AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using connectors, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
• Implement ALM, DevOps, governance, security, and DLP best practices.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support user training and solution adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, DP-600, or relevant AI/Copilot certifications are preferred.
