Qualifications

  • PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with organic semiconductors, polymer thin films, or related functional materials.
  • Ability to work independently in the lab and interprete datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Doping of conjugated polymers and organic semiconductor thin films.
  • Thin-film fabrication, processing optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Materials characterization using GIWAXS, Raman, FTIR, UV-vis, and electrical measurements.
  • Explore structure-property relationships and contribute to organic electronics projects.
