Post-Doc at ERL lab, College of Humanities & Sciences

The Educational Research Lab (ERL) at Prince Sultan University is recruiting full-time post-doctoral researchers to contribute to the research output and activities of the lab. ERL is committed to quality research in highly ranked publication venues and fostering strong links between research and the community. The lab conducts research, organizes research-related activities, offers training to interested researchers, and provides research-based consultations. Its objectives are to:

1. Support evidence-based quality research in educational studies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
2. Offer support to collaborative research partnerships and stakeholder groups at regional and national levels
3. Investigate and enhance innovative pedagogical practices in K-12 and higher education
4. Provide coaching, training, and technical support to build partners' capacity to use data and research
5. Deliver workshops, seminars, and events that promote data and research utilization
6. Attract grants for projects and sponsorships for activities

Job Requirements:

• PhD in Educational Studies
• Experience with educational research and a willingness to contribute to ERL's output
• Experience with data and research tools (e.g., SPSS, NVivo)
• Good publication record in Scopus-indexed journals
• H-index of at least 5 and minimum 60 citations in Scopus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Highly dynamic and self-motivated
• Excellent writing skills in English for technical and research papers
• Proficiency in spoken English
• Proven ability to handle challenging research tasks
