Yours is a role that will see you managing the overall health and success of Riyadh Air’s Airline Operations Systems Portfolio. From delivery planning and budget tracking to vendor governance and value stream management, you will ensure that every initiative under your portfolio is executed with precision, agility, and strategic alignment.

You’ll lead end to end product delivery across a complex ecosystem of internal teams and external SaaS providers. This includes aligning features with business priorities, driving sprint planning, and ensuring operational readiness through robust support models and post-go-live structures.

A key part of your role will be leading the Airline Operations Value Stream Board, managing the intake and evaluation of platform enhancements, maintaining budget visibility, and ensuring delivery outcomes are aligned with Riyadh Air’s transformation agenda.

About You

Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in project delivery, demand management, and budget oversight – ideally within the airline or transport industries.

You will bring a strong understanding of portfolio governance, milestone tracking, vendor coordination, and the delivery of complex digital products. You’ll have a track record of working across agile and hybrid models and turning business needs into real, measurable outcomes.
