Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the delivery of various construction projects within the portfolio.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated project delivery team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Implement the organization's project delivery processes and standards.
• Monitor and report on the portfolio's performance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Continually drive improvements in project delivery practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Portfolio Delivery Director should have:

• A bachelor's in Civil engineering or any related field
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction across KSA
• Experience with private real estate developers or contractors in KSA
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of project delivery processes and standards in KSA
• The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• A strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
