Job Title: Port & Vessel Operations Executive (Saudi National)

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of relevant Saudi experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Port and Vessel Operations:
  • Oversee daily port and vessel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of cargo and vessel movements.
  • Coordinate with port authorities, ship captains, and other stakeholders to manage vessel schedules and ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Monitor the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Shipping ERP:
  • Utilize shipping ERP systems to track vessel movements, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, vessel schedules, and other related data in the ERP system.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to port and vessel operations, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs paperwork.
  • Generate regular reports on operations, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to coordinate vessel schedules and cargo handling.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including clients, port authorities, and logistics partners.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in port and vessel operations within Saudi Arabia.
  • Prior experience working with shipping ERP systems is a must.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics software.
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid Saudi driving license is required for candidates interested in sales and marketing positions.
  • Transferable Iqama is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
