Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experience developing enterprise-wide policies & procedures
• Strong background in compliance, risk governance, and operational excellence
• Expertise in automation tools and systems integration for policy lifecycle management
• Ability to deliver structured KPI frameworks aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory expectations
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations or other financial regulatory bodies

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Systems / IT, or related field
• Relevant certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), CRISC, CCEP, or PMP are highly preferred
