Job description

Location: Medina & Riyadh, KSA.

Years of Experience: 5 years.

Project Duration: 10 months (8 months in Medina and 2 months in Riyadh).

Working Arrangement: on-site.

Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are looking for a highly capable PMO Manager to lead and enhance Project Management Office (PMO) functions for a 10-month engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PMO operations and project management, with a demonstrated ability to drive delivery excellence and ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Experience in consulting or government environments is essential, bringing the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and ensure high levels of governance and performance.

Key Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in PMO operations and project management.
  • Previous experience working with consulting firms or government organizations.

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills, with experience preparing executive dashboards and updates.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and operation of PMO frameworks and governance models.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of programs and projects to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support project planning, prioritization, and resource management efforts.
  • Maintain and improve PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices across teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent communication between project teams and leadership.
  • Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Oversee the preparation of portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and regular progress reports for senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO efficiency, impact, and maturity.
