Job Summary:
The company is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and is undertaking several strategic initiatives across finance, governance, compliance, digital systems, and operational efficiency. The PMO Consultant will be responsible for establishing and managing a Project Management Office that tracks, monitors, and ensures delivery of all IPO-related projects. This role will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and operate a centralized PMO framework for IPO-readiness initiatives.
  2. Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and report on key milestones, risks, and issues.
  3. Coordinate between internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, IT, etc.).
  4. Develop dashboards, timelines, and progress reports for executive-level visibility.
  5. Drive consistency in project documentation, reporting, and communication.
  6. Ensure all initiatives meet IPO governance, compliance, and disclosure requirements.
  7. Support change management and organizational readiness for a public company environment.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in PMO leadership, ideally within IPO, transformation, or regulatory-driven projects.
  2. Strong background in managing multi-functional teams and complex project environments.
  3. Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken (Arabic is essential for coordination with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies).
  4. Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (e.g., CMA, ZATCA) is a plus.
  5. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
  6. Excellent communication, planning, and executive reporting skills.
