Job description

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Years of Experience: 4-6 years.

Project Duration: 2 months.

Working Arrangement: on-site.

Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

Starting Date: as soon as possible.

We are seeking a PMO Consultant Human Rights for a 2-month engagement to oversee and manage multiple human rights projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in project management within the human rights sector, ensuring adherence to the PMO methodology while effectively managing project execution and stakeholder expectations.

  • Identify project risks related to human rights initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects adhere to local and international human rights regulations and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting
  • Provide recommendations to improve PMO processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge sharing within the PMO.
