JASARA PMC is seeking a talented PMIS Manager (Project Management Information System) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project management information systems that support the effective management of our projects. The PMIS Manager will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that relevant data is captured, analyzed, and utilized effectively to drive project success and enhance decision-making capabilities.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PMIS strategies and frameworks to support project management processes across the organization.
  • Oversee the design, integration, and customization of PMIS tools and platforms to meet project-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the PMIS.
  • Analyze project data, generate reports, and provide insights to support project planning and execution.
  • Train and support staff in the use of PMIS tools and promote best practices in project data management.
  • Monitor and evaluate PMIS performance and functionality, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the security and integrity of project data.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in PMIS technologies and methodologies.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors providing PMIS solutions and support.
