Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Implementing commercial and contractual matters within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Analyzing project variations and changes, preparing reports, and adjusting project budgets to ensure successful project delivery for clients and the firm.
  • Measuring works on-site and from drawings, including proficiency with electronic measurement systems.
  • Analyzing and interpreting contract conditions.
  • Assessing project risks.
  • Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Applying knowledge of the Standard Method of Measurement of construction works.
Qualifications

To succeed in this dynamic opportunity, your career journey should include at least 10 years of work experience and a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.

Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors will be viewed favorably.
