About the location:

Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18‑hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over‑tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal‑clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. About the Role

Be part of the landmark pre‑opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a luxury destination focused on sustainability and world‑class hospitality. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the resort’s water, drainage, and sanitation systems to ensure smooth and safe operations across all guest and operational areas.

What You Will Do

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, valves, water heaters, and fixtures in guest rooms and back‑of‑house areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies related to plumbing systems.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, and functionality.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and ensure all plumbing systems meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
• Coordinate with other engineering team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and plumbing materials.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience in a hotel, resort, or large facility setting.
• Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage, sewage, and basic mechanical components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and plumbing codes.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and good problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English is preferred. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
