Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Plumber, your responsibilities will include:

1. Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal, in accordance with relevant codes.
2. Maintaining and ensuring all automatic flushing valves are operational.
3. Cleaning and maintaining all fat traps within kitchen areas.
4. Using appropriate chemicals and techniques for cleaning soil and stack pipes.
5. Keeping roof-level ventilation pipes and rainwater outlets clear.
6. Reviewing building plans and specifications for plumbing layouts.
7. Selecting tools and equipment, and determining pipe types and sizes.
8. Locating and marking connection and fixture positions.
9. Installing supports, hangers, and fixtures.
10. Maintaining underground storm, sanitary, water piping systems, sinks, tubs, toilets, and water heaters.

Skills, Education, and Qualifications:

• Apprenticeship as a Plumber with relevant experience.
• Ability to work within policies and safety regulations.
• Good physical condition.
• Proficiency in English and fault diagnosis skills.
