Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Plumber, your responsibilities include:

1. Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems used for water distribution and waste water disposal, in accordance with relevant codes.
2. Maintaining and keeping all automatic flushing valves operational.
3. Maintaining and cleaning all fat traps within kitchen areas.
4. Ensuring regular maintenance and use of chemicals for cleaning soil and stack pipes.
5. Keeping roof-level ventilation vent pipes and rainwater outlets clear at all times.
6. Reviewing building plans and specifications to determine plumbing layouts.
7. Selecting appropriate tools and equipment, and determining pipe types and sizes.
8. Locating and marking positions for connections and fixtures.
9. Installing supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment.
10. Installing, repairing, and maintaining underground storm and sanitary systems, sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences:

You should ideally have an apprenticeship as a Plumber and previous experience in a similar role. Ability to work under policies and regulations, good physical condition, command of English, and fault-finding skills are essential.
