Job summary

ABIS seeks a dedicated Extrusion Sheet Line Machine Operator (Plastic) to manage extrusion equipment in our manufacturing facility. You will set up, run, and maintain extrusion sheet line machinery to produce high-quality plastic sheets, while monitoring performance and conducting routine maintenance for optimal uptime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an extrusion machine operator in the plastic industry.
• Knowledge of extrusion sheet line machinery and plastic materials.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion sheet line machines to produce plastic sheets for PC (Polycarbonate Sheet).
• Set up machines, including tooling and parameters adjustments, prior to production runs.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during operations.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations or concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
