Role Purpose

Responsible for providing timely and accurate administration services to all plant-based departments, particularly requiring fluency in Arabic for both speaking and writing. The role also involves dealing with government departments such as customs, the Ministry of the Interior, and the Ministry of Commerce. Only a Saudi National employee can represent BCL at these departments.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
  • Carry out requirements for the annual approval of raw material imports, preparing documents in Arabic.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain to clear shipments at airports and seaports, preparing Arabic clearance documents prior to shipment arrival.
  • Follow up on customs clearance delays by visiting seaports in person; coordinate with the supply chain manager to ensure all paperwork is in order.
  • Communicate with external partners.
  • Prepare and obtain necessary SFDA approvals for shipments by completing Arabic applications and following up.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
  • Handle dealings with relevant ministries, prepare Arabic documentation, and have letters attested; assist with payroll by providing employee information such as holiday and sick days.
  • Organize travel arrangements and bookings for international visitors to the plant.
  • Review and renew BCL policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee plant reception and canteen services, including mail, courier, stationary ordering, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with government authorities to ensure all plant-related licenses are current and renewed timely.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by various departments.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant major.
