Job Title: E&I QC Inspector
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: 8k – 10k

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with Contractors and others to establish and maintain required interfaces with engineering and construction during project execution.
- Develop excellent working relations and liaise fully with the Construction Contractor’s QC team at site.
- Monitor, inspect, and guide QC activities performed by Construction Contractors to achieve safety, quality, on-time delivery, and within budget realization of the project.
- Attend applications for inspection (AFIs).
- Initiate and follow up on Project NCRs and Quality Observations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a collaborative approach among PMT and Construction Contractor organizations.
- Investigate quality issues and develop timely solutions.
- Participate in the review and approval of quality plans, procedures, and ITPs.
- Participate in project audits during construction and commissioning phases.
- Share lessons learned and best practices with PMT and Contractors.
- Issue Quality Bulletins and Observations, and participate in Quality Surveillance programs.
- Attend internal weekly QA/QC department meetings.
- Engage in recognition, awards, and team-building events for PMT and Contractors.
- Provide timely information and highlight issues affecting project specifications, safety, quality, cost, or schedule.
- Keep QA/QC Lead fully informed on relevant matters.
- Implement the QC plan and supervise discipline Inspectors to improve QC functions.
- Ensure control of Non-conformities through a proactive approach.
- Conduct daily surveillance visits with discipline inspectors, report to supervisors, and coordinate TPI activities.
- Maintain and compile quality records according to requirements.
- Review E&I plans, procedures, and methods of Vendors/Subcontractors for adequacy.
- Prepare and submit reports two weeks in advance.
- Review, issue, and monitor RFI logs; liaise with client inspectors on quality concerns.
- Work closely with the QC Manager to accomplish assigned tasks.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction, or equivalent technical work experience in electrical trade.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related fields, including 2 years in a Gulf country.
